Es umfasst folgende Schl\u00fcsselrollen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Julia Mertens<\/strong> \u2013 Leiterin HR\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hauptaufgaben: Rekrutierung, interne Weiterbildung, Mitarbeiterintegration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stefan Krause<\/strong> \u2013 Leiter Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement (QM)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hauptaufgaben: Sicherstellung von Standards in allen Entwicklungsprozessen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marina Lopez<\/strong> \u2013 Buchhaltungsleitung (BH)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hauptaufgaben: Finanzverwaltung, Abrechnung, Budgetplanung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teamzusammensetzung:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>HR: Drei zus\u00e4tzliche Mitarbeiter (Personalplanung, Bewerbermanagement).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>QM: Zwei Experten f\u00fcr Zertifizierung und interne Audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BH: Vier Buchhalter*innen, die alle Finanzprozesse abwickeln.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Status:<\/strong> Reibungslose Prozesse und klare Verantwortlichkeiten etabliert.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Datum: 1.
